Halloween Happenings

We had a lot of fun for Halloween last night. After eating homemade pizza the girls had their baths and then got into their costumes. Man did they look cute. We loaded them into the double stroller and I took them around to just a few houses, the 8 or so neighbors that we know. By that time, Emily was starting to say, "There's no place like home, there's no place like home, . . .". Ok, maybe she wasn't saying that, but when I asked her if she wanted to go home, she said yes, home. She still wasn't feeling the best and I was afraid she was a little chilly. Even though it was a beautiful night and much warmer than past years, the Dorothy costume doesn't have a lot of warmth (like the St. Bernard!) And, heaven forbid, put your winter coat on OVER your costume and cover it all up! So we headed back home and we all hung outside while Jer continued to pass out candy. It was a slower candy night than in years past. Fortunately/Unfortunately we have a lot of candy leftover!

Jeremy is currently enjoying one of his last rounds of golf for the year. He's got to take advantage of the nice weather (nice, meaning high of 56) while it lasts! I'm actually surprised he's golfed 7 months (April-October) up here!

The girls look ADORABLE!!!! Thanks for the homemade pizza last night! It was delicious! Even Linda (Henry's mom) had to admit that it was really good. Henry told her again that it was his favorite... YIKES! Hope everybody feels better soon!!!
