There are many other wonderful moms in my life and good friends that aren't in this picture, but here are a few that I treasure so much. I think since becoming a mom I've learned how valuable good friends are. I love that we can just be ourselves with each other, we can learn from each other without feeling judged, we can laugh and share stories, we can call each other up and say, The kids are driving me crazy, let's meet at the park! I love that we pray for each other. I love going through the same parenting phases in life together, knowing we are not alone. God designed us to go through life together and I am so grateful for the friends in my life. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms in my life, you are special to me.

What a sweet post, Steph. I'm thankful, too, for your girlfriends. I know how much my girlfriends mean to me, and I praise the Lord that you have such a great support group around you. Girlfriends are so important even if mothers live close!
I agree with Margaret - what a nice post. Yes, friends are especially important. Unfortunately, my very best friend lives too many miles away to visit. I actually haven't seen her since Don and I got married. She was my maid of honor. But that's what phones are for! Thanks for reminding me to call and wish her a happy Mother's Day. I hope your day was full and blessed. --Cheryl
Thanks for posting that Steph, I have often thought the same thing about friends and how much we really need them! I enjoy my Constance friends so much that I don't think life would be the same without them. Thanks for being such a great friend Steph!! Happy Mother's Day to a wonderful mother and friend!
